Ordered my 60lb Deatsch injectors and hot wire kit to go along with my 340 pump. Once they arrive, I should be able to install the turbo kit. I would like to run low boost, make sure everythings doing good and drive back and forth to work. Next item to purchase is the converter for the 80E, then throw that in, then I will up the boost a bit. Even 3-4 lbs is better than what it is now lol.

Well today the ractronix module with 255 and harness went in. The harness and drop in module is nice for what im looking for. I also dreamed a little about what the truck would like tucking the M&H 390s lol. Im still waiting on the injectors from deaschwerks and starting to get pissed.

Got the turbo kit installed this weekend. It has a base tune on 4lbs until my 80E goes in sometime in the next month. I will say for only 4lbs, it picked up a bit. Also got my custom plate on aswell.

Jason- Good to hear from you, hope your doing well out on deployment. I took it to the track on 4lbs on the 20''s. Timing was low, and was rich on base tune. The truck ran a 14.0 at 100.8. The truck did not feel right all night long. The day of going to the track, I had the rear break pads replaced. Well, the calipers went to crap just like yours did. I raced all night with rear calipers hanging up, so my guess is it should have ran 13's. The injectors are in and worked out great, at 4lbs they were at 30% duty cycle. On the street the truck rolled into full boost by 2500rpm, so seat the pants feel was awesome. 2 days after the track, I started to hear the turbine wheel rub the housing on the Magnum. I disassemble it and the bearings were good, everything clean, but it had alot of shaft play. I only had 300 miles on it. The thrust bearing was good, but the carbon seal behind the backing plate to front housing had been rubbing into the backing plate, which wore down, and caused the compressor to come forward. I found a replacement Turbonetics 62-1 and used my .96 Ar housing from the magnum to get me by while im on low boost. I picked it up used for $400.00, and it was in perfect shape. When the 80E goes in I will toss a bigger turbo back on it. Take care out there man, and stay in touch.
