The bed came off yesterday. I have about 2 weeks to get it back on with the new pumps and wiring because the garage is going to be filled with tons of fertilizer. Time to start figuring out the wiring and plumbing.

Cool man, I'm in andover. I've never been to powercruise, but from what my buddies tell me, should be a wild time. That 402 and pt88 will be no slouch with some good tires! Esp if you run the corn liquor!

Does anybody have a returnless pump assembly laying around? Think I'm going to need one.

Powercruise is crazy, best to get in before they start restricting it more. I've been the last 2 years. First with the stock 4.8 and last year with NA 402. Sad thing is (maybe it was my tuning), a lowered 4wd 5.3 reg cab was dead even with me all down the straight last year.

I am starting to wonder why I am modding a Minnesota truck. Rust has fought me with almost every part of this so far. Now it's the fuel pump assembly, it's basically rusted out. Lines were stuck on tonight. Yes, plastic was stuck to the steel. It's looking like I may need to get a couple new lines now and assembly. I don't really feel comfortable reusing this thing.

I am pretty sure these lines should have came off in one piece, not leaving the sleeves and O-rings like they did. Also, notice the oval large port that goes to the canister. That happened from the pliers trying to yank the line off.

UPDATE
I got something figured out with my machinist friend. He's really smart, all his idea. Instead of buying a brand new ebay pump to mod, we used the original and cut everything off of it. To start fresh.

Also have almost all the parts to finish the entire fuel system. Ordered 95lb FIC injectors today.

There was a cylinder shaped piece hanging from here and we cut 3/4 of it off and left a finger for mounting the pumps to.

Detail on the top of the pump. Mike (machinist) made two plastic discs on a lathe that use a factory O-ring and sandwich into the pump using 3 threaded rods. This also doubles as the electrical pass through to the pumps inside. The two smaller holes were then drilled to accept -10 and -8 an bulkhead fittings. EVAP is deleted, still has the same stock level sender plug.

Inside of the hat, you can see how it all works. The feed bulkhead was threaded on the inside to accept 3/8npt which is how the splitter plumbs in from the rubber line.

Very close on the alternator! There's about 1/8" at a different viewing angle.

Mike also made these custom drain flanges for the PT88 turbo since the hole on the center section is so big, a normal flange on ebay was too narrow. I have 3 aluminum and 6 stainless steel flanges that are for sale for anyone needing one with a PT88 also. -10AN

Got a bunch of the fittings to finish off the fuel system, only waiting on the -10an Russel filter at the moment.

You maxed them out? What kind of power are you making? They should get me well over 750whp from the math I've done.

850cc is 93.5lb/hr at 4 bar. Most everyone running an LS will run 4 bar pressures. OP, are you not going to run 58psi as a base pressure?
