Glad to see some updates on this thing, definitely one of my favorite builds. Your tire fitment issues are due to the 14b being a bit wider right?

The 14 bolt is narrower than the 10 by an inch total I think, maybe it's a half inch. I just meaured it really close to get the biggest tires possible. The truck can really use the 1 inch lift in the rear. The shock mounts on the 14 bolt are shorter than the 10 and the shocks are bottoming out way too easily now.

Thanks. Hopefully I can get somewhere in the low 11's with the current setup. Maybe switch out the shocks or something, it has no weight transfer to the rear.
