You need to ask for "nitrace". It nitrous oxide with 20ppm sulfur dioxide added to it to make it poisonous for the general public to buy for racing.

ive asked 3 different places and none could/would get it for me. maybe different suppliers then you southern guys? anyway its going for $6 a pound here at englishtown and we always emptied and froze bottles before bringing them
