Wet nitrous oxide shots have fuel in them. This explains the usage of the word wet. The nitrous oxide is mixed together with fuel This provides the extra fuel to balance out the extra oxygen provided by the nitrous oxide, thus preventing from running lean.

dry is just nitrous oxide injected into the engine.

Even though you say you say you don’t plan on doing more mods you should still do the wet system. Its safer and all around better. With a wet system the fuel mixes with the nitrous, the extra fuel prevents you form having your motor go lean (too much air not enough fuel). I have a wet system and I love it.
