Default Nitrous Solenoid stuck on open

Last night me and of few other guys got together to race and on my first run my nitrous solenoid stuck open. I was running a 150 wet shot on a NX kit but luckily my bottle was almost empty so it ran out of pressure and didn’t blow my motor, on the contrary there was too much fuel and the motor just bogged. Does any one have any ideas on how to fix it? Will NX replace to solenoid?

yes NX will warranty the solenoid....are you running a nitrous filter?....usually if the noid is sticking it is due to a particle hanging the plunger open, a filter will keep this from happening

I had the same thing happen on a 5.7 truck, turned the bottle on hit the key to start it, spent the next few minutes picking up pieces of k&n it also fractured a plug. Also had a racing buddy of mine have the same thing happen to his dragboat. His damage was alot worse he was running a pro shot fogger, it split the pan and both valve covers. We were both running NOS systems.

Also to add. Since you ran out of Nitrous. If your bottle pressure was below 400 psi you may not of had enough pressure to seat the piston. Fell up your bottle and re check it.
