to read a plug properly, you need to put new ones in, make a full nitrous pass and cut the key at the end of your pass and pull the plugs.

what plug are you using, what size shot, what gap, wet or dry? motor combo and timing?

on your camera, put it on the "macro" or "micro" setting, usually a little flower symbol. It makes the camera focus on near objects instead of the background...

Like stew said, those plugs tell us nothing. You need to put a fresh set it, make a pass, cut the key immediately after the pass, stop, pull plugs, then let us see

and do all of them for the first time until you get a feel for which cylinders tend to run rich or lean. that plug there is pretty damn nasty so they all probably need replacing anyways.

Are you adding octane booster or something else to your gas?
