I know everyone hates tailgaters, this is how I deal with them lol.
The new honda civic car was tailgating me hardcore earlier before I turned on the cam.

Anyone else have any clips like this lol?

If somebody gets in an accident like this, who's at fault?

I have done the brake check before when they just would not stop, when I was driving in a slower vehicle. I didn't get rear ended though.

I guess, I just wanted to see if his little civic would attempt to follow me but I guess he lacks the power. I think I made a good enough impression.

I'll make better vids next time I guess.

From what I've been told it doesn't matter if you brake check them or not it's the person who rear ended you it's their fault for following to close.
