well i was cruising around today and ran into this guy and he was down to do a couple pulls. he said it was a gt500 shelby , i thought they were faster but i guess not see for your self ...

 

not a gt500, maybe a shelby gt, but anyway truck runs good.

 

idk , he said it was and it says it on the rockers in the stripe but who knows , it was fun either way

 

and after watching the video he has some intercooler piping in the bumper air dam if you look closely , i dont really know allot about mustangs because it seems like they made a 100 different models so i get confused when looking at them.

 

The grill isn't right and neither is the hood, that's whats throwing me off, and judging from the way the car took off, i'd bet it was an auto, or the guy can't drive a stick.

I had a 2007 which was mostly stock (tune and 2.8 pulley) and it ran. It would just keep going and going. I never got it to the track though, sold it to pay off my house.

I saw the intercooler, and it's not a stock piece, but that doesn't really mean anything other than the car doesn't have a twin screw, which the gt500s came with.

Not knocking you, just sayin. Truck does run very well.

the hood says "supercharged" and the stripe on the bottom says "gt500"....but who knows all that can be "stuck" on lol......

I hate mustangs,especially wanna be special editions,looks like he tried to get the jump on you! You can see the dissapointment in his face! nice kill,but I don't think it is the real thing,although I think the GT500's only ran like 12.7 in the 1/4 anyway.You sould get one of the real ones too with your mods!nice job!

 

Actually the GT500 has a Eaton modified roots blower, not twin screw IIRC
