No Lift 4X4 request...
Ok yall... I know there are some of us that haven't gone up with our 4x4's... I was hoping I could see some pics of some Chevrolet 4x4's that are not lifted or lowered.
I guess it would be more to the point to say that I spend most of my mod money on my GTO, but I was considering doing a little to my tow vehicle. I am looking at turning out the bars and running a nice set of rims (16x8 - possibly MT Classic II's) and some 285's. I would like to see some trucks already running that setup or something close to it.
Thanks...

Here's my truck with some 265's. I'm getting ready to crank the front end up level and add 295's....Hope this helps. Oh yeah, my front end is driven up on a little concrete step thing. There's more clearance in the front then that.

OK, so it looks like most stock ride height guys and gals are going with a 265 for the tires. Does anyone know of the 285 rub in stock trim (factory 16's)... I know they will if you use most after market wheels, but stock?
1FUNZ71 - your truck looks great... are your bars turned out or is that factory height... also does the 06 VHO set higher in the front than my 99 4x4?
Kbracing96 - I appreciate the pic with the trailer... as much as I would love to go big with the truck I use it to tow as you do. Looking for mean, but functional.
Lets see some more.... maybe with some after market wheels - 16x8 w/ 265's stock ride height or with the bars turned out....
Thanks again yall...

I got about an inch of lift with cranking my torsion bars. I was told 99-02 trucks sit lower then 03-06. I have seen it with wilde racings 00 and 05 next to each other. You would be fine cranking the TB's and running a 285/75-16 on stock wheels.
