Default Dezert1500 vs Dodge Viper 1/8 mile

Took the truck out to my not-so-local 1/8 for a few passes. Here's a run against a Viper. 7.68 @ 88.67 to the Vipers 7.37 @ 87.97. My truck should be good for 11's now.

Thanks SLOXCAB for the vid

My fat pig runs 7.82 at 88.39 in the 1/8th, but 12.37 at 104.87 in the quarter. I don't really understand how ET or MPH converts from the 1/8th to the 1/4, but people refer to it all the time.

Congrats on almost getting him. The Vipers are animals.

Thanks. He still beat me by far (3/10). If it was the 1/4 I'm sure it'd been a slaughter.

I'm not going off a 1/8-1/4 converter. I'm going off weather, my powerband, my previous 1/8 to 1/4 run comparisons which I've run my truck 50+ times. I gained 2+mph in my other 2 runs. We'll see soon if I can break into 11's until then it's a 12's truck.

I finally got to see it run in person.
You had some good consistent runs last night Matt. I have the video from the side view if you'd like it.
