Default Blew a piston right out of my lq9 (pics)

Well this happened a long time ago but i figured id post it up because its cool to look at. No clue what happened really. lq9 on only 8lb of boost from a 76mm turbo. Let me know what you think.

I bet you started pushing water and Hydraulic-ed a cylinder. I don't see how else you could send a rod out the side of a block like that. Especially the stronger floating pin rod.

The dudes name was brian herter (sp?) It started slightly knocking the day after the tune and then this happened.

damn talk about a crappy tune! those Lq9s are tough motors, my beat up mod motor at 163K miles held up for 35K miles before i cracked a ring land on piston number one and that was with 8-10psi, and i had an injector that was not flowing well that caused that
