You use a torque value plus an angle value. Why they don't just give the final torque value is a good question. I'll look those numbers up. You need a sharpie. You turn each bolt to about 75ft/lbs. Then you put a line across the head of each bolt(either from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock OR from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock. You then turn each bolt in the proper sequence while watching the mark you have made to make sure you add the correct additional number of degrees of turn. The last few degrees of turn are a bear. You'll need a long breaker bar to do it. You basically turn them as tight as you can possibly get them. At least that is the case for me when I tighten LS head bolt. You'll also need an assortment of different length extensions so you can position the breaker bar at the proper angle to get the force you need to turn the last few required degrees.

first off you cant reuse the stock head bolts. dont know if you were doing this or not..but honestly i would use ARP head bolts that you torque down instead of the stock tty head bolts

22 ft/lb first pass, 90* second pass, 90* the third pass with the exception of the smaller outer bolts being 53* on the third pass. Then the 5 top small bolts are 18ft/lb
