I ordered TMS iron 347 forged long block. I want to see which spark plugs I should look for.

Also they say I can't run synthetic oil. Have to be 20w-50 valvoline VR1. Want see guys who have experince this performance engine.

Spark plugs depend on what you plan to do with the motor. NA, nitrous, boost, how much if any?
