If you go to btr's website they have a cam suggestion/recommendation worksheet will cost you $20 but they take it off the price of the cam...

Yeah I had seen the worksheet on their site, wasn't sure what it was all about. But yeah if they take it out off the price of the cam anyway I will do that

They do... Cams are 389 i went through the worksheet ended up pying $369 for the cam...

Is this the right plug? It's right behind the crank pulley on the driver's side of the crankshaft.

Well that brings up another question then, do I delete the vvt or keep it like kazfan said and get a vvt cam? Being I'm going turbo down the road I want as much low end as I can get, but I don't want to sacrifice a good lope. In all honesty if I had to decide between low end grunt and a good lope I could deal with it being a pooch down low.

From my understanding boost and vvt are a pain... If you are planning on boost later delete the vvt and get a higher stall converter

Make sure when you swap the cam to check the bearings really well, and be ready to replace them if necessary

Will do. What do I look for? Will the cam show signs of it?
