Default new heads, old stock?

alright so i had some problems with my spark plug threads in on plug hole of one of my heads. i found a great deal on some stock 5.3 heads with valves and springs, (i NEED the new valves, i drink oil for breakfast) so once i get these new heads with 1000 miles i wil be putting them in the engine just as a stock replacement. i hate rpelacing things with stock components without making it faster but i need the new valves and i need my plug to fully seat. ANYWAYS, on to the point of this thread. with one plug hole on my current heads extremely damaged(only 3 threads remaining) what should i do with them? should i P&P and mill them down? if so to what specefications to fit my current cam application? i know they'll have to be machined to fix the damaged threads, i will need to buy new valves, ill swap out my comp918's in and out from both the sets of heads, and reuse the stock rockers, probably buy some new lifters to put in the old heads for machining but what exactly should i do to/with them and to what specs? thanks for your technical help

For what it's worth swapping heads isn't cheap. Your looking at close to $200 in parts gaskets, bolts, etc plus labor. Do it once and get it over with. Send the new heads out to get done. Mill them p&p get bigger intake valves and run them.
Just so you know lifters aren't in your heads but you do have to take them off to change them.

i just bought 2 heads with 1000 miles only missing the rockers and lifters for 175$ thanks for the offer though man, im looking to do some machining with my damaged heads and get the threads repaired so i can have some sweet heads in the future without the 1500-1800$ price tag for a complete set mail ordered. so what should i do to them?

yea i know im looking at some extra $$$ for the bolts and gaskets and stuff but as for labor, my mechanic friend is gonna get me to come to his shop after hours and we are gonna do it together for free so thats not a problem. what is a problem is the fact that i need the heads NOW. im having bad blow-by upon ignition about once a day and its really aggrivating me now. im sure its a bad valve seal. if not...then i dunno. im gonna try the PCV delete too

You can fix the plug hole and replace the valve seals for less than what it's going to cost to buy the parts to swap heads. AND it will take alot less time.

i dont care about that. i have my plan so far. pull the old heads, replace them with the new ones, put the internals of my old heads back in the new heads except the valves, keep my old heads casting to be repaired AND.....(this is where i need the siggestions)

Get them done like these.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=426494

They are now milled .050 for 10.5:1 compression.
