The fact that there has NEVER been ANYTHING proven to show that aftermarket are better. And when you use the aftermarket ones you get ignition noise through the radio.

STOCK FTW PERIOD>

I agree!! I had some Taylor 409s before on my Camaro. Big waste of money. I could listen to my engine rev on the radio though!!

radio noise, that sucks, for the record, I don't have noise in my radio from the Taylors I used, forget which ones I went with though.

I think it's more of a looks thing than a power thing.

IF you want to spend the money for looks then by all means. I just do not want someone to think they are getting .0025 of an HP from them....cause they aren't.

The only reason I see for running aftermarket wires besides looks, is fitment with headers. I need 90 degree boots on a couple of mine, so I'm stuck with aftermarket. Also I don't see to many ends pulling off on the stock wires, unlike the Taylors I had.

I got a complete set of LS7 coil packs, coil rails, and plug wires off of a brand new wrecked Z06... I guess I will just use those plugs...

I will research the oil pans... I know the one off of my current motor is old and not so pretty... scuffed and whatnot...

thank you for all of your help too...

There is a reason the stock plug wires cost more than the aftermarket garbage

The only 90mm TB harness I would use is made by w w w .torquerush . com
I got some gto wires, i really do like them, they fit my headers decently and have a 90 degree boot https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=430662
