tarinitup, I'm not familiar with what type of data that predator provides, but does it show A/F ratio?

what would help out my cam the most... going from 3.42 to 4.10 gears or installing some long tube headers? Also, how much does it cost to change out gears with labor and all? I am going to do whichever mod helps out the most or both if I can do them for less than a grand.

Where have you all bought your 4.10s from and does anyone know the gm part number? There are lots of gears on ebay so how do I know if I have a 10 bolt, 8.5 or something else. Gears are totally new for me.

i got lost when i was doiing my gear change with all the this many splines this many inches and this many bolts. i went to pyle brother in bay town, quite the drive for you though, whole thing cost me 600 and they do awesome work. IMO find a gear place and tell them what application and they'll order the parts. usually if you use their parts they discount your labor some too

4.10 Gears are being installed and will be ready friday. I will be going to the track saturday after a minor breakin for the gears. Also, I got a new nelson tune and it is running alot better. I will post 1/4 mile results later on.
