thats all tune bro. don't fret. when my cam went in (same as yours) it was rich as hell. mine did a lot better than yours did but i had enough gear to help subside that a little. once mine got tuned, it felt so much better.

let him retune it and see what comes of it. it the retune don't work, drive to san antonio or where ever he is and get a street tune. you will still want gears but after a good tune you'll be happier.

yea if its runnign that rich it isnt the cam. and a 2.8 60' time is something that isnt the cams vault especially with a 3000 converter

get yourself a set of lt's. That woke my lower end up considerably after putting in that cam.

probably a shitty tune, try getting it retuned and then see how it feels

i heard due to the loss of back pressure people lost some on their low end?

I didn't lose any bottom end with long tubes. It seemed choked with stock manifolds. It wouldn't even spin the tires until after I got my lt's then it would spin in first and going into second. It definately ran better.
