Default Just a thought..

ok so maybe Ill snag a good deal on some LTs here pretty soon but Im gonna take my truck to Scottsdale Muffler (when I get some LTs) and see if they can fix me up some pipe so Im on true duals to dump under the cab. Anyway, I will most likely just find some pipe that will bolt right up to the LTs. So Random Thought: if/when I get my truck tuned I can get them to delete the cats out of the PCM right? therefore the engine would never have thought I needed cats and not throw efficiency codes at me like singles in a strip club right? Thanks for the input fellas just one of those things keepin me thinkin haha

the search button up there ^^ works.

getting a tune whether it be mail order or on a dyno they can disable all your B1S2 and B2S2 codes. also they can disable cat overtemp protection. most shops won't work on a truck without cats, but sometimes you can find one that does. I seriously don't recommend dumping under the cab unless you want a headache every day you drive. Plus, most states won't allow dumping exhaust under a cab. Which if you can find a shop that'll do exhaust w/out cats then they'll let you dump under the cab. True duals dumping under the cab is pointless too. The 3" exhaust from the lt's is far sufficient and will sound pretty much the same. True duals = more money too.
