Default I need 800 hp but clueless where to start..

Hello guys I have an 09 suburban with a Lyshom, kooks longtubes and hi flow cats with Corsa cat back. It makes about 500hp but I'd like to step it up. I'll probably switch to a turbo but was curious what are the supporting mods needed to do this sucessfully. Ive searched and the obvious stuff pops up but I'm still not clear. uprgrades to the engine, fuel system, tranny and rear end seem to be the obvious but Im a ford guy and I dont know where to even start or to contact for help. Thanks for the help..

Well 800hp is pretty useless unless you like doing 70mph rolls or have a badass suspension setup, otherwise its just a burnout queen. If you want to keep the blower you could add some nitrous on top, or switch to something like an 88mm turbo.

I def will probaby switch to turbo since I'd like to use a boost controller to aid in traction. I have a lot of turbo parts lying around Including a few 88mm turbos. I have built a lot of Fords but this is my first Chevy so im lost when it comes to shops, tuners, builders etc. to help me w this project.

It's 5.3l but I'm not sure what size the blower is. I bought right when vortech came out with it so maybe it's the small one??

get an LY6 while your at it , better than a 5.3 , no DOD to begin with and you can swap the cam only and have those great L92 heads and go 800 flywheel easy with 9.7 lower CR
