Default Heads questions/mill job/etc

Ok so i have the lq4 with the 317 heads on it.
I'm wondering how much do i need to mill off of em to equal the CR of a LQ9.
Also wondering what else i can do to em to get some more power?
Differant vavles etc etc.
Give me some ideas.
Where can i bring my heads to and get some good work done for a fair price?

idk the comp ratio of a lq9 but If I were you I would shoot for 10.5-11:1. 11:1 is about as high as you want to go on pump gas and still a good comp ratio.
