Machine shop owner found the oil consumption culprit in less than 5 minutes before we even unloaded anything. Turns out the oil scraper rings were 2.5mm instead of the required 3mm. It explains why I ended up bending one and having to get a replacement when I initially assembled the bottom end. I got the rings from the previous shop that went out of business suddenly weeks after I picked my stuff up.
Oh well lesson learned do more research and learn what's what don't just put full trust into someone taking your money.
New shop is still going clean everything do a full inspection and plan to bore to a 370 with forged pistons but gen 4 rods and crank. He said from initial inspection everything looked good to reuse such as pushrods, cam, lifters, timing set, rocker arms with CHE upgrade, and all arp bolts/studs. He called JE pistons while I was there and they recommended part# 360991 which should net about a 9.6-1 comp ratio. I don't mind a little loss in comp just to keep it happy on pump gas and to give me more threshold for knock. Not shooting for records just a fun daily driver tire smoker.

I honestly didn't take any pictures of them because I thought they looked great and once I got to the shop it was hot and I wanted to dump the stuff off and leave. I could have probably just re-ringed the same pistons slammed it back together and got back to clutch dumping but the cast pistons have kinda bothered me since the beginning and I wanted to have everything triple checked to ensure there weren't other unseen problems.
