Default High lift wear on springs

I was looking to get a high lift stage 2 cam from Texas speed, but I read that the high lift will cause more wear on my springs, is this true? I have pac1219 springs.

Yes... aggressive lobe ramp rates also effect spring life.

My PAC 1258 springs on my AFR heads lasted about 60k miles and one refresh on the heads with my high lift came before 4 of them self destructed. Not bad, really.

So if I go with the high lift. I'll be good to change them every 50k miles?

What's the lift on that thing? Is it .629? Every 50k would be a safe interval if so.

112lsa? Those springs have a max of .625. You should be good with 50k+ . Still, to be safe I would pull a couple @ 50k to test tension against specs just to be sure.
