Default Cam recomended for LQ9 w/ ls3 heads

I am needing some input on witch cam would perform the best. I am shooting for 500 + HP. It will have a stock bottom end. I am going to add LS3/L92 heads with patriot gold springs. Comp 7.400 push rods. Ceramic CTS-V high rev racing Roller lifters. L92 intake with factory 90mm throttle body and 33 lbs. injectors. It already has a RPM level 5 with a Precision 3200 milti-disc converter. It rocks with the stock motor, but like everyone else.. IT NEEDS MORE POWER!!!!!

I have a brand new custom grind CompCAMS camshaft for sale if you need a 224 style cam. It's a 224/228 with .581/.588 on a 114 LSA, 113 intake center line. Customer backed out of the build after the camshaft was already made so now it just has to go. PM me if you're interested.

Here's the cam card printed off the computer that signaled the guys at CompCAMS to get to work.

get a custom grind. I found very little info, and calling comp is a crap shoot. three calls, three different cams.

I have a post about custom cams and listed a few choices. good luck.
