Default balancer bolt

Anyone remember what size and length bolt is needed for the crank.??? Need to pull off my balancer and replace the seal on the timing cover. Need to to how long of bolt is needed to catch the threads to pull the balancer back on.

the balancer bolt is 103mm long so go with something around 120-130ish mm's

Heat the balancer w/ a propane torch lightly. You should be able to then tap the balancer on enough to get the bolt started.

Yeah we did that and think it might have melted the crank seal, cuz now tis leaking. Just want to pull it on there this time.

Anyone know what thread it is???

Also be sure the timing cover is centered, or the seal will leak. Install the balancer with the cover bolts loose then tighten them after the balancer is on. I have a honed out balancer I use to line up the cover.
