Anyone has an idea on how would this stroker 5.3 compare to a stock 6.0?
Just curious more than anything.

For a few hundred bucks you can get a 6.0 block and have a lot more power per dollar. It is not much money at all when you consider all the extras that the F/I or spray (the whole reason you are going forged) will consume.

the reason i forged my 5.3 is because i dont see a stock 5.3 holding a 350 shot of n2o or a stock 6.0....I know with a 350 shot on this motor i could get maybe a mid to low 10 who knows maybe faster i dont see a 6.0 with a 200 shot get me close to that could be wrong i know JJ went 10.6 i think on a 6.0 with a 150.......I can see a stock 5.3 holding 200 shot for a long time but not a 6.0.... I dont know but i think 5.3 are much stronger than 6.0 what i mean by stronger i think they can take more beating

Ok, I don't like to hijack threads but since it's related I'll ask it here.

Everyone says a forged a 5.3 is not worth it, but what if the limiting factor was a TVS1900? Isn't it too small on top of a built 370/408?

Wouldn't then make sense to build the 5.3 and pulley down the **** out of the TVS?
Already have the blower and it was free, that's why I ask.

Not to mention that "pulleying down" a Roush TVS is an expensive PITA.... but you are correct that your blower is better suited to a 5.3 than a 370.
