Default Anyone forge there 5.3s yet??

Found on calspeedperformance.com that they have rotating assemblies for the 5.3 that include wesico pistons callies rods and crank. Has anyone built up there 5.3 with these parts yet? Seeing how it's only $1100 (if you use your own crank) might go this route for a turbo build instead of going with a 4k shortblock and then still having the cost of the turbo kit... At least for now that is still would like to have a nice boost built ls3 later on

What do you mean by putting a 4 inch crank or by boring it? They have the option to add the 4 inch callies crank for an extra 800 which according the the site makes it a 363?

Im still not totally sure, I really want to leave the 5.3 alone for the most part to have as a backup motor and go with like a TSP 418 or HKE boost motor. It will take longer to acquire the funds and to get it in the truck but I think it might be better. I was just thinking for the mean time add a few parts to the 5.3 and boost it maybe I will just be happy with that... Dought it tho lol

I should be out there one day this weekend. 3 days of racing, I just need to decide when I'm going. Last weekend I had "driver error" and ran 12.7
