aluminum VS Iron
#1
I building a forgen LS1 and i have 873 iron heads witch flow the same as 317 heads. My concern is putting iron heads on aluminum block and the motor being boosted. I know the that iron head don't dissipate heat as fast as aluminum heads. So what do you guys thunk?

+1 used to be able to get good used low mile 317's on ebay for about $250 when they were more abundant, and I'd assume that they're still inexpensive considering how the L92 setup is getting more and more popular.
