I just got my 01 Scsb done took to. The track , ran a 9.5 spinning the whole my down the track has anyone ran 8.5 n/a my truck only made 325/356 heads cam full exhaust. Saw a truck running 8.8 never got the chance to ask what he did to make it hook. What are some of the things y'all have done to get your truck to run 8.8 and lower. I remember some guy said that truck was stock diff. Have y'all ran those kind of numbers with stock diff. What would be a good setup.

Oh my fault, I thought he was asking what it would take to hook and run 8.50's regardless of drive train. I didn't realize there was an NA stipulation.....
I still think you should be able to get 8.50's NA no problem though. I have a bone stock Lq9, bone stock 4L60e with a corvette servo and 40K cooler, 3.73 gears with factory G80, and a Black Bear 93 Oct. tune and I run 9-9.2ish with the only traction mod being 255/50/16 ET streets and yest I did spin for about the first 60 ft before it hooked. Up next is an aftermarket posi and traction bars for me.
