Yeah Ive been working on the POS and it is fighting me every step of the way. I dont even know where to start so I guess Ill start from the beginning. Got the vband clamps welded onto the collectors of my pacesetters, the welder welded one of the flanges on the wrong part of the ypipe so that delayed me another 2 days. Finally got the headers and y back the right way they should be then I started taking the stock manifolds and jegs POS ypipe off. Broke a bolt off into the head taking it OUT, I cant for the life of me figure that one out. So an hour and a half later I got the bolt out thank god. Went to put the pside header in and the 80e has an ear sticking out off the bellhousing that was interferring and served no purpose that I could see so I thought no big deal Ill cut it off with my side grinder. Well the damn cutoff wheels I have are POS's and the damn center spins out of the abrasive material so when you put any pressure on it the shaft of the grinder spins but the abrasive doesnt So I got a couple pieces from the centers of other wheels and stacked those on the shank before I tightened the lock washer thing down on the wheel. Then it worked well and when I cut the chunk of metal off what do you know the hot chunk fell right on my arm but I couldnt pick it off because I had to shut the grinder down and sit it down to have a free hand to flick it off so I have a nice burn on my arm from it. Next up I put the pside header on and it goes fine, I put some clear packing tape on the primaries to protect them from scratches and the black undercoating well when I went to peel it off it left a sticky residue on it that will be impossible to get off while they are still on the truck, so I have to pull them back off clean them put them back on and clean the black **** off once they are back on. So they are still sitting on the truck right now. I put the driver side header on and it went on just fine. Got under the truck and the O2 sensor bung is facing STRAIGHT UP towards the body. I cant fit an O2 sensor in there. My truck is begging to be SD tuned So I see that problem and at this point Im so pissed its not even funny but I figure hell I might as well test fit the ypipe to make sure there are no problems with it I try to put it on and due to the 80e pan being longer then a 60e pan the crossover for the ypipe hits it and I cant connect my ypipe together. So now I have take both headers off clean one, take the other to the welder for another O2 sensor bung and get him to lengthen a section of the ypipe so it will fit. So the only thing I got accomplished today was getting my AMW catch can installed and getting aluminum dust ALL over my engine bay, truck, garage, tools and embedded DEEP into my hair because every time I brush my hand through my hair more comes out Then to top it all off I decide Im going to go to Sonic to get me a double meat cheese bacon jalapeno burger because Im having a shitty day, go to pay for it and the damn card swiper thing was messed up, par for the course today

Im glad Im going on vacation in a couple days, I dont know when the truck will be back together and honestly at this point I dont give a **** when I get it back up and running.

I bought a new hitachi 42" plasme TV and toshiba HDDVD player a couple days ago and I will be enjoying it tonight Im done with the truck, but the TV looks good
