Take it back to who ever turned it and make them replace it for having such high TIR.. That is totally unacceptable...

I do not think they installed it like this. I believe the excessive runout is due to the crank bending or cracking during use, not a machining oversight. Either way, there is no way to prove it was installed damaged.

Are you going with a stock stroke crank now? I want to see you throw 30psi at that thing. You would probably have to upgrade to a larger turbo for that though

Wow, that is a bummer!

What about buying a 454lsx? I am sure it isn't cheap but the damn thing should have zero problems and a warranty?

Why 454lsx? a different block couldnt prevent this. plus if you break that its over. cant go bigger on the block. there are plenty of options. my first would be throw that damn crank away!!
