Update: Still tuning! Stage 1 - break in and run
- work out bugs and get 1000-1500 miles and
a few oil changes
Stage 2 - change oil over to synthetic
- max tune: smaller pulley/meth/dual exhaust
dyno runs
Obviously stage 2 assumes I have cash left after stage 1!!!
What happened to that smiley with empty pockets?!! R/

OK...1st drive...45 miles home and tried to run everyone over! Gobs of power up top, but sluggish out of the hole. 6lb of boost...and makes boost VERY quick! 1. Oil leak - seems to be one at the pan fitting for the remote filter and another from the return at the oil cooler
2. KB BAP wasn't working. The AFR went lean over the top and resulted in intermittant 1,2,3 then occasional 5,6,7* of knock over three runs always around 44-4800 RPM and 26-28* timing. PLayed around with all the settings and it always seems to starve. Prob was it was intermittant, so we assumed it was the pump. We tried all settings all the way up to max with little change. One thing was that the tank was pretty lo, and when I drove home I filled it and played with the pump while in boost. Seemed to be better, but really can't be sure, so I'll check and change the pump.
3. P0315 - Crank relearn
4. Idler pulley assembly...change all the pulley's from plastic to aluminum
5. I am concerned about how all the coolers are stacked and potential for heat soaking...either cut out the plastic under the bumper and put one or 2 there OR take off the tow hooks and set something up there.
6. Tune is still not quite right, but I ran out of cash...I'll put some mileage on it...we'll have the exhaust changed to duals and resume...

TRUCK FELT GREAT ON THE ROAD. GOBS OF POWER BUT NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SHIFT POINTS WE SELECTED. STILL WAY SHORT ON POWER SO ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS. CHECK ALL THE TEMPS ON THE SCAN...IAT'S WERE VERY HIGH, AS WERE TRANNY TEMPS, HENCE WHY WE THINK WE NEED ALTERNATIVES FOR THE COOLERS.

Sweet!!! Well, it's on the road and running and all you need is some fine tuning like you were saying!! You should get HPtuners or something so you can adjust all the paramaters yourself! Sounds like your pleased which is awesome!
Confused on one part though. You say it makes boost really quick but it's sluggish down low...?? Also I thought S/C were really good down low?
Anyways, hope to hear some more good progress!

I'm guessing the belt is slipping or something, so it feels sluggish out of the hole...cud be the cam too as it seems to always have plenty more pedal on the h-way...I dunno...I'll keep tryin'! R/
