Thanks man, took a little bit of experimenting to get it just right, but i love the final outcome. It rides excellent, doesn't wear anything any faster than if it were stock, and still rides like it's stock.
Plus it looks a hell of a lot better.
Here's one last before and after. Stock vs 2" shackle, removed lift block, 1/2 of top coil cut off on front
Thanks for the write up, I wanted to lower my truck but didnt want to spend much. Did everything exactly the same, even the pepboys brackets. Tomorrow Im off to get it aligned. Sorry, she's a little dirty...

When you get it aligned, ask them to give it the max caster possible while being able to retain 0 degrees camber. You'll love the way it drives if you do. If they don't know what you're talking about find a better alignment shop. If you can't bring it to me and I'll do it.
If they don't get it, ask them to set the camber at 0 and the caster as high as possible which should be around 5 degrees.
