Where is the low end grunt?

32-33" tires, probably 3:42s in that truck and no tune....it will be a turd unless you push the go pedal. slap a set of 3:73s or hell even 4:10s in it or put a tune on it.

i run factory 275/55/20s and mine has no issue pushing itself around even when all it had was the 5.3 and a tune.

I wish I had 4.10s, even with the tune; if I had bought a 3.42 truck instead of the 3.73 truck, I would have regeared to 4.10 already. I've contemplated 4.56s a time or two, but don't want to commit that kind of money to regearing two differentials. I wish GM had offered 4.10s in the half-ton; if they did, I would most certainly have ordered them.
