Default Traction Aid

has anyone thought about adding a Caltracs/custom Long Bars for traction? my truck is crap from a dig with 3:42s so just think when the 4:10s go in

im also going to run a custom set of rims later on on a 3/5-4/6 drop im unsure as of now....gotta save up some more cash or the fiance' is gonna kill me

all i know is i love the added power of the 6.2 in this CC, i think ALL CCs should come with a 6.2

any pics/links/ideas would be great.

Sad to say that unless you have 4wd, you are not hooking on the street. I have cal's and they help barley on the street, but can still blow the tires off for a mile if I mash it from anything under 40mph

i dont have a 400hp motor at 3100rpm ya know my HP is higher.
it wont spin at 20 plus it just hooks and goes but anything below itll burn the tires
then start to pull

the truck doesnt wheel hop or anything on launches and it doesnt continue to spin the entire time...but i think it will blow the tires off it when i put the 4:10s in

Yup, if you can't hook what you have now no point in multiplying Tq with a diff ring and pinion...

U running the stock 17's?

yep for now

next set of rims will be Centerline
20x8.5" up front an a custom 20x9.5" for the rear.

the 4:10s is to help get my bus moving bc the 3:42s arent cutting it. id really like to just run it at the track an see what it does on these 3:42s and my DRs
