I have never seen a 4.8/5.3 GMT900 pickup with factory brakes, and I believe that the options for four-wheel discs were tied to the 14-bolt in much the same way that the 4.8 mandates the 4L60E and the 6.2 mandates the 6L80E.

I meant factory disc brakes, lol. At least none from the factory. I've heard of guys swapping Tahoe brakes and I'm sure it would be a cakewalk to put the VortecMax or 6.2 brakes on.

Rained out today but it's all sunshine for Sunday and Monday. I might be getting my hands on a second gopro. It'll be nice to get a few different angles!

Been missing out on this one. I have a 2011 4.8 silverado with the lysholm 3.8 pulley 9lbs so curious to see your results. So far my mustang dyno numbers are 417 whp 442 tq with 26" wheels lol.
