New wheels = Service Tire Pressure Monitor System
#1
Anyone have any insight on how I get rid of this message? I put on some 18" Z71 wheels with the TPMS on them and I'm getting this message now. What's weird is I have had the wheels for a few weeks now.

Gotta either do the re-program yourself by letting air out of each one in an specified order (search the web for the exact process) or you might have to take it to the dealer in order for them to sync with the truck.

Poop. Probably going to be the dealer because I don't have any of the buttons for the DIC on my truck. Thanks.

start at the drivers front and go clock wise around the truck, with the key on, totally deflate the tire and re inflate it to the correct pressure. so in order LF/RF/RR/LR and that should re set them if not go see your local dealer or tire shop

Or program the RCDLR for a dually and it totally disappears forever. That's what I did on my truck I have two eyes and the common sense to go geez what do you know that tire looks low and don't need a car to tell me it has a low tire.

do you need to go to the stealership to program the "RCDLR"? I also want to get rid of that.
