as you can tell they dont use the same transmission cooler lines like the 60/65/75/80e
im going to try and find a stock cooler line set up and go from there.

http://bowlertransmissions.com/item-details/?iid=687
i can buy this block with -6AN fittings and run my own lines, but then id have to figure out what size fittings id need at the radiator.

the 6L80e's are 3/8" whats the 60e size? 5/16"?

Guessing it would be comparable to somehwere between 4.56 and 4.88s but look at skeets times and 60ft (I know your trucks a lot heavier and won't launch like a 4linked 3500lb truck) but I was just wondering about 4thgear compared to the 6th gear of the two trans

Nope. The BW transfer case in our trucks is actually an open center differential, so the truck won't move if you disconnect the front driveshaft.

Gear ratios on the 6L80E:
1st- 4.027:1
2nd- 2.364:1
3rd- 1.532:1
4th- 1.152:1
5th- 0.852:1
6th- 0.667:1
Reverse -3.064:1
Note that, unlike any other transmission GM has produced, there is no 1:1 gear ratio :-
4th is an underdrive and 5th is an overdrive ratio.
