Last night we waited in the lanes for 1.5hrs. while they let the slick tire guys and bikes make multiple passes. Most the trucks with mods around here are lifted and setup for offroad, not drag racing. There are a few quick diesels and V8 S10's that run at Gateway often.

 

That sucks. It's too hot right now to make any good passes anyways. They did have really good track prep when I was there though.
