Well i cut the egr port off and welded the hole up. Pure stupid idea on their part but its not a bad job to weld the hole up.
I need to get my flanges expanded to slide over the header then ill weld it up.
The motor needed to have the crank polished so we just swapped in a brand new crank. The cam and crank were installed when i dropped off my oil pump monday. They plugged the dod bosses too, cut the block for a 4" crank if i ever go bigger. They worked their a$$ off to get my block damn near perfect.
I should be getting the motor back this weekend but we'll see.

The PCV tube was cut off and drilled out for a -6an setup to go to the intake tube.
The factory coil harness is extremely crappy once you break it open to work on it.
Got it straightened out and shrink wrapped waiting to solder in the extensions vs chopping up my engine harness

good call on blocking them off, I could see an issue if one of those o rings on the valley cover wore out
are you gonna leave the valve covers bare or any thoughts on powder coating?
