Keep up the good work Ken, its good to see you posting again.

Can you tell me more bout the link type lifters on an LS platform? I'm curious how they work with the lifter box or in its absence.

I know this was spec'd, but why the +5? With your track goals and spinning the engine to 6700, wouldn't you want less advance?

It has forged pistons in it with 4cc piston volume so i have 10:82 cr vs my 11:1 like i wanted.

Nah. Pretry close though. Being on shift work kills me bc when im on days i dont get home early enough. When im on nights i only have a couple hour window to work on it. Yet these last 2 weeks ive been working so much i just havent had much time to mess with it.

Jegs is sending me more msd wire being i ran out. I had to redesign the carrier bearing mount.
Today ill be finishing the carrier mount, the trans mount. Then if i have time ill be adding oil and water to the system. Finish all that today hopefully.

Its a pretty short list now.
Add oil. Prime oil system
Add water. Bleed system
Change trans filter and fluid
Trans mount
Carrier mount
Weld leaf perches
Rework Y pipe

Trans mount and carrier mount at complete. Just gotta paint everything. Its not a fun task to try and fit your head with a welding hood between the body and frame to see where the mig gun is pointed.
