Default LT2 console install

I just got my console, ordered it off ebay..

It came without the cup holders and such which i found for 50 online so overall i have 200 in the console new..

My question is this. the console has a USB and aux plug inside it. Are the wires preexisting in the dash to plug this harness into to allow me to hide the ipod in the console or would i be better off just leaving it all unplugged?

Thanks

BTW this is a WT regular cab into which i am installing the console.

Post pics of your conversion for us. If I were you I would get the wires/connector for the usb and power point so that you have full use of your console.

Sounds like you are going to have to wire those in some where but I've never heard of those being added yet. ESPECIALLY for a lt2 console that was 200 bucks.

I got mine off ebay also, complete though. For 200 bucks it sounds like your is missing pieces and is it ebony color?

edit: and to answer your question, there should be a plug in the carpet(mine had one) but since yours is the work truck model, I don't know for you man.

Pictures would help.

I wouldn't think a reg cab would have an existing wiring, since center consoles weren't an option.

What type of dye are you planning on usign?

Im pretty sure the dye is SEM brand, it is a high end product used by several hot rod places. I myself have used it before on my Trans Am to redye the faded interior panels.

Looks like it was never touched, it is a multi step deal, cleaner, adhesion promoter, and then dye..

Works great.

Is that a complete console and do you have a link to the ebay page that you got it from? I looked around last night but couldn't find the right one.
