this a new install of the torque converter? if so did you seat the torque converter all the way in the transmission? does it go into any other gear and the truck moves? if its a new install you may have busted the pump by not seating the torque converter properly. or you could have to much clearance between the torque converter mounting feet and flexplate which will pull the hub out the pump!

pull a line off the tranny, put it in gear and see if the pump is pumping, if theres no fluid you have damaged the pump when installing the torque converter

You crushed the oil pump/// pull a oil cooler line off the radiator and see if there is any fluid flow. If none drop tranny get another oil pump or parts to repair yours and start at step 1 again.

If you don't take the oil pump apart you are probably wasting your time dont chance it take it apart and verify that it is ok and not squashed.
