i sure was hoping you got more than 330 rwhp. i have almost the same set up but with a smaller cam and a 3000 stall. i was hoping for 340ish.

Yeah I want that fixed also. The guy that did my tune said he could do small changes for free. He just asked that I not need changes made like twice a month. When I get my stall and gears put in I'm going to bring my truck back to him and make some changes.

When I Dynoed, the ambient temps were around 100 degrees, I dynoed in 2nd on a mustang dyno, the tech didn't want to get crazy with the timing because of the temperature and I have a stock thermostat, and I'm running a Gibson single exit exhaust, not the most free flowing. So, I think you could see over 340 rwhp if you wanted, maybe not with the stall converter though. I'm happy with my numbers. I'm not going for all out N/A horsepower, I'm putting together a F/I 5.3. Of course that last statement was total bullshit because everybody is going for all out horsepower.

I wanted to install the converter myself but if it's not too expensive I'll hire somebody. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, I'm responsible for the maintenance of a multi-million dollar piece of equipment at work. However I do like to have that piece of mind when I know a professional did my work for me.
Who did you have in mind for my converter install. My gears are going in after I drive around with the stall for a while so I'll have a better idea of what gears I want.

So I talked to my wife a while ago. She was driving my truck last night and backed it into a pole. I got a nice dent in the left rear quarter panel now. She asked me if I could just pop it out myself.......

damn that sucks. you can't even bitch slap her *** over phone!! no just kidding. my wife took my truck once and i kept telling her not to hit anything and that my truck takes wide turns. later that day, i take my truck to get the kids and took out a mailbox with the whole passenger side of the truck. starting at the mirror and stopping at the back tire!!

Yeah, I really think I'll be going with 3.90s.
I can easily install the cooler. I ordered a 40K.
I got the vette servo, I wasn't going to do billet servos just yet, probably just get a fully built tranny when the 60e craps out.
I'll definantly hit you up keniff. I'd like to do the converter swap with you so I'll know how to do it. I'm a fast learner.
By the way, I've got the G80 locker in my truck, how long before that thing give's up?
