Was at the local eighth mile track Saturday and ran into a 12 ecoboost with a tune and 410's he said. Ran him three different times his best was an 8.78 @ 77 MPH to my 8.70 @ 79 MPH. The damn thing is fast for a v6. But this would just be a rehash for GM. we all know how well the Grand Nationals could be made to run, hell even stock they were pretty quick for the day.

Saw this guy at SGMP for the truck Shootout.. Truck had a tune, intake, & down pipe. Truck was a 2WD crew cab.
This is his slip, the right time.
And a crappy video of it.

Yeah, the mileage is good under normal conditions (17 to 20 mpg), but like ya'll said, you put a load and cold weather effect mpg a lot. The direct injection and the lack of turbo upgrades leaves them stuck in the 12 sec range. Although, sure doesn't take a lot money to get there. These little 48mm's sure do spool fast. I think the 2013s upgraded to twin 51mm.
I'll probably buy a new truck in model year 16 which should be the second year for the new gen F150. Its also suppose to have the next gen ecoboost. GM needs to get with the times, their tiny crew cabs and shitty interior finish is getting old.

Yeah the 13s have 51s but theyve got a hybrid computer thats part F150 and part SHO to run the new wastegate design and electronic BOV so no one can tune them yet. I forget the name of the company but theres one coming out with bigger turbos but there again fuel is going to be the limiting factor.
