When I was searchin around for tire sizes I found numerous guys runnin 305/50's on stock wheels. Iirc the only time people had probs was when they went with aftermarket wheels. I'm runnin 305/55's with a 3/1 lift and I had some rubbers issues while a few guys was running the exact same thing with no probs

I had 305/55-20s on my truck with a 1.25 leveling kit in the front and would only rub slightly on the driver side if I hit a bump while turning.

Most issues with rubbing come from aftermarket wheels, as stated above

Check out GMFS there is a thread on just leveled NNBS, for a while thats what i was gonna run. like stated above alot of rubbing comes from guys who have aftermarket wheels with little BS. u should be fine.
For the price check out the total performance or TGC 2.5 kit though

So should I buy 305/50/20's or 285/55/20's? Which one would look the best on the stock GMC wheels? Thanks! Im thinking about a 2'' level in the front too.
