If i end up having to rebuild the engine i may be in touch, if i go that far, i will take the lmg that came out of my yukon and put that in it, with a dod delete, a lq9 or other stock cam, and a set of decent used lifters and rebuild the lc9 for a rainy day and another project!!!

Some pics of the carnage

Master cylinder piston seal has been leaking for a while obviously...

Thsi was after i drained about 3qts of brake fluid out of the booster

Oill filler tube seal on her old valve civers wasnt seated properly...

This is what the inside of a valve cover is NOT supposed to look like

Left valve cover is the same way

Oil came out of the pcv line going to the intake, and i dumped a goid biyt of oil out of tge vakve cover

The plugs were fouled but no caked oil, which usually intakes a ring issue .. the plugs are sitting about the way they came out of the engine, 4 on the left in the pic are the 4 from the passenger side , the other 4 are as one would expect are out of if the driver side

Right bank plug wires, saturated with oil!!

Left engine mount

And now her oil pan is leaking....again!!! Put dye in it and told her to bring it back up last week and sure enough the pan is leaking, by the starter and below the knock sensor on the passenger side and at the oil cooler block off and a small spot, iirc, close to the front on the left side... although she isnt complaining about it anymore everytime i talk to her!!
