Am I the only one who notices that it seems like more truck guys use a G-Tech type meter to measure E.T. instead of an actual track then the F/Y-Body guys?

some guys do not have the access to a track, remember they are in trucks and most live out in the boonies(no offense guys)
so they get something that is as close.
but then If these guys where like the F/bodies then I guess they would have one and go to the track
so they get something that is as close.

That and most truck guys are using it as a tool and not to replace track times. For example, if you are working out your ignition timing using edit, it's nice to go try and see what kind of times you can get out of it without waiting for a track day.
