Default Where's all the repair manuals?

How come I can't seem to find a repair manual for a 2003 or new truck? The usual Haynes and Chilton doesn't carry them. The only one I found was Helms but it costs $135

I like to have one to know what all the torque specs are when putting my motor back together.

Only ones I've seen are the factory ones, cause I have a set. I can get you the info that you need.
